These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the winbox2 platform, including all gaming products, promotional offers, financial transactions, and support services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager.

2.3 Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of winbox2 or its affiliated gaming providers are not eligible to hold a Player account or place wagers on the Platform.
2.4 winbox2 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified may be suspended pending documentation review.
2.5 You may only hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent account suspension.
3.1 To access the gaming features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbox2 Login credentials. winbox2 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 All activities conducted through your Account — including wagers, deposits, and withdrawals — are deemed to have been authorised by you. winbox2 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Players are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from Account Settings to add a secondary layer of protection to their winbox2 Login process.
3.5 winbox2 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account where false or misleading registration information has been provided, without prior notice and without obligation to return any deposited funds that are subject to ongoing investigation.
4.1 winbox2 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. winbox2 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. winbox2 may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by our licensing obligations.
4.4 Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements (as described in the relevant promotion terms) have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.
4.5 winbox2 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
4.6 All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate displayed at the time of transaction.
5.1 All bets placed on the Sportsbook, winbox2 Casino, Slots, and Toto 4D are subject to the specific product rules displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placement.
5.2 Bets are final once confirmed. winbox2 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see clause 5.4).
5.3 For live sports betting, winbox2 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in the event of events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, incorrect data feeds, or material changes to the event (e.g., abandonment, weather interruption, red cards affecting handicap validity).
5.4 Manifest Error: Where a bet has been accepted due to a clearly erroneous price (including prices that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices and which no reasonable person would have expected to be correct), winbox2 reserves the right to void such bets. Players will be notified of any voids and Real Funds staked will be returned in full.
5.5 winbox2 Casino games operate on certified random number generators (for RNG games) or physical outcomes streamed live from certified studios (for live dealer games). All provider certifications are maintained in accordance with licensing requirements.
5.6 Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative. The confirmed jackpot value is that displayed at the moment the winning combination is confirmed by the game provider's servers.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits offered through the winbox2 Rewards programme are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to this Agreement.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms: (a) bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, and device; (b) wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified; (c) maximum bet restrictions may apply while Bonus Funds are active.
6.3 winbox2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect Bonus Funds already in the process of being wagered under the published terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk bet strategies, or systematic abuse of promotional structures — is prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their Bonus Funds voided and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.
7.1 winbox2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to use the self-management tools available under Account Settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
7.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude may not create a new account or circumvent the exclusion by any other means.
7.3 winbox2 strictly prohibits minors from accessing the Platform. Players who become aware that a minor has gained access to their account must contact support immediately.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbox2 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:
9.1 All content on the winbox2 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the property of winbox2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the Platform content are granted.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of winbox2.
10.1 The winbox2 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbox2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical downtime.
10.3 winbox2's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for direct loss shall not exceed the amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 You may close your winbox2 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance (net of applicable pending bonus requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
11.2 winbox2 may suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected; (c) account verification requirements have not been met within the prescribed timeframe; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose winbox2 to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.
11.3 In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, winbox2 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
12.1 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority licensing framework under which winbox2 operates.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact winbox2 Customer Support, providing full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by our licensing authority. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
13.1 winbox2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
